ENJOY YOUR BEDTIME



A study shows when participants in a study sleep four hours for four nights consecutively,  they averagely decrease immune system by 30 percent . Such a decrease could directly increase a person,s susceptibility to the flu, fever, premature aging, weight gain and even possibily serious illness such as cancer.

 Yes, sleep is the cheapest  medical aid that can be obtained by someone. That,s  why no wonder if many people claim the existence of a new view or change mood after a deep sleep. We understand that good sleep can restore the exhausted condition of the body and messed up mind, but how  many of us are going to sleep when we are tired or when messy mid fill our hearts? Probably not much, and if asked we will reveal some reasons. It may be that we have to get up in the morning and just sleep at midnight in order to make money to buy the things we need. Or we engage service, which enable us not to sleep longer than most people. Perhaps also we are overwhelmed by severe problem that we can not close eyes in peace.

Indeed, there are reasons that make us not want to or can not sleep, however, what we want to believe is that work we do when we are awake is more important than the Gold do when we sleep? Behold, God does not want us to be slaves of our work and problems. He wants us to enjoy the blessings of sleep that He provides. So, enjoy your sleep this night well so that when we rest our bodies and minds, God will work and give us what we ask for.  (Imelda).
