THE OLD TARO

 There is a wise phrase we often hear the saying “the old taro grow older became crazy”. When I heard the phrase usually our throughts immediately turns to an old man with style and behaviour such as young boy or the more ridiculous has improper attitude and acts, or like cheating. Actually old taro can also be interpreted in a positive way, which is an increasingly older, wiser or more shows a mature and a commendable attitude.

          The use of term in a positive sense, fits addressed to a leader who is getting older and wiser and become role model for young people.

At least there 3 things that must be done by someone for a degree of old taro grew older in a positive sense, namely :

First, in old age avoid immorality.

Second, in old age can avoid lies

Third, in old age can leave positive legacy for future generations.

If we pay attention to condition of our nation today, there is a bad tendency from leaders of our nation.There is a moral hazard properties, be a leader, then do as they please even if it is immoral. Easy to sell an appointment to obtain support and dredge treasure fo offspring.

Are you a leader or have you been old? If you want to be an “old taro grew older into” leader or parent which has positive and commendable meaning, do three things mentioned above.

FAILURE IS A DELAYED SUCCESS

          Perhaps we have often heard the wise phrase like the title of this paper. None of us certainly want a failure in life whether it be a failure in education, work or in married life. Failure is like a very scary ghost for everyone so everyone tries every effort to avoid and stay away of it.

          What is actually a failure? Failure is an unsuccessful condition or failure in achieving what is tried or planned. If we fail this time, do not despair and soluble in persistent and prolonged disapointment. History records many great and succesful people in their field has never experienced repeated failures but, they do not want to give up on the situation, but try to get back up. While success can be interpreted as a condition of doing things according with the expected plan. Can enjoy both material and spiritual abundance in all forms, as well as health of body and soul, peace of mind.

Do you want to succed? Learn from each failure, take the positive side of each failure. You want to succeed, never stop when experiences failure, because the failure is the first step while the success is the next step. The wise man says we may fall ninety-nine times but should be able to get up a hundred times. There is no victory without a match and there is no success without passing failure. Remember and heed the success is just one step behind the failure. 

PRAYER : Relying on God in all things is the key to avoid failure.

REMEMBER THE END OF YOUR LIFE

          In the city a very disciplined young career lives using time in his live. Almost no time is wasted in vain. All day, every week, every month or even throughout the year already had a full schedule and very tight schedule. On the way to his work office, he has planned to eat lunch where, what his menu is, and what to drink? While eating, he has thought about with what vehicle he will go home later in order fast arriving at home and avoid jam. That,s the life every day. So too oriented to the plan or program even he had never focused on what he does. He,s always thinking about the next schedule and activities.

          Then one day he faces something that never imagine and never prepare himself to deal with it, which is his death. He had an traffic accident that nearly claimed his life, he is surprised at how empty and meaningless is his life.

          Like it or not  that,s the life of many career people who are busy with a myriad of work and very tight routines. Because of too busy and focus on his work, he often forget about essential life reality, namely the death. Many people  are ready to live with all heavy battles, but few people are ready to face  death. Whatever your position and title, there must be a final life limit. Death is inevitable from the way of your life, because how busy, howe high your position, remember to the end of your life.

Do not ever let  you idolize your work or be enslave by work.

FAILURE

           Failure is one thing that often accompany everyone’s life, wether it is in the study, career, business or married life.

What is exactly the failure?  Failure is a failure condition or process that always grabs and unsuccessfully action or plan implemented or caarried out, so that we can call it incompetent.

How do we recognize the failure?

          If we fail to do something, it seems we need to go back to ourselves, ask ourselves. Back to self-correction. Learning from our mistakes. We must be aware, ourselves are the centre of our personal. More concretely recognize or know our potential. Broadly speaking, the self-potential for can be grouped into several parts that include : basic ability, such as the level of inteligence, abstract ability, logic and reasoning power.

         Also work ethic, such as diligence, throughness, efficiency and resistance to stress. In addition to work ethic also personality, namely a comprehensive pattern of all abilities, actions, and habits of a person either physically, spiritually, emotionally and socially are laid out in a typical manner under various external influences. 

INHERITANCE OBTAINED FREELY

          A father had a heart attack after being left sudden death by her only beloved child who was so handsome and smart. Two weeks later  the father of that conglomerate was die. Before he died he had written two pieces of wills and deliver unto his family’s lawyer to read out one day after he passed away. In the first testament he requested that his antiques were auctioned off and the first item auctioned was a painting, which is none other than the paintings of the beloved son of the late conglomerate. When the day of the auction, many people come because they want to and are interested in buying one of these conglomerates antiques.

          In accordance with the first testament, the lawyer asked the auctioneer to sell (auction) painting meant. After screaming a quarter hours long no one is interested  in buying the painting. The painting was eventually sold for five hundred thousand dollars to an elderly man who was none other but caregivers (waiters) of the child’s late conglomerate during his lifetime. After the painting was sold, then the lawyer will read the second one that said anyone 

          Action of the painting purchaser is proof that the waitress was really do love and cherish her employer’s child, so that he would give up the money that only the five hundred thousand to buy the painting. The road to get the legacy and antiques of the conglomerate is to love and cherish her only child. 

          To get the most prized possessions along time, ie eternal life, then we must accept and love the God. God has a lot of eternal inheritance reserved for people who would be appointed to be his son.

HAVE INTEGRITY

 A secretary of a company will retire. To resume her duties, the company gives her trust to find a sucessor. She selects several people who have sumbitted aplications. Because of the huge responsibilities, then she put itegrity and honesty to be the mainrequirement for each applicant. At the final stage of the recruitment  process, she gets three candidates who exel in tests from dozens of  aplicants. The secretary feel confused and has difficulty determining one of the three candidates. He then lends them a book to read during the week. Silently at each book he slips a fifty thousand dollar. A week later the three restore the book. The first candidate does not return the money. While the second candidate lets the money slipped inside the book. While the third candidate puts into envelope and give it to the secretary. The secretary considers, the third candidate is most feasible of being her successor. The third candidate is not only smart, but also believable. That means she has a good character. 

          Integrity is conformity between words and actions that indicated by a person. In interacting with other people, we can portray ourselves as a good and honest person, full of compassion, a sense of responsibility, and so forth.  But whatever we are trying to portray, others simply will not believe it. They need something to prove it. The best evidence they can get arise from our actions. Like or not, people are not really judged words or what other people say about her. But of every action she does.

           To become are trusted person is not easy. We must have integrity, just like the three candidates above. She has integrity so that she can convince the secretary to be her successor. Trust and integrity are two things that can not be separated. If we want to be an excellent person, learn to instill integrity in ourselves, and we can start from small things first.

LAUGHING IS HEALTHY

 At one point the doctor in the United States conducted a study that given a conclusion that lughing is healthy. Laughing can be a panacea, because through a lugh healthy humor emerged, the heart become cheerful, blood pressure can drop, the nerves can release tension, especially when coupled with inner strength. However, people are not always easy to laugh, but many people are also difficult to laugh.

          “A joyful heart is panacea, but a broken spirit drains bones. A broken spirit a spirit that has been extinguished, no more spirit for life, the face always moping and difficult to laugh.

Laughter is not expensive even unnecessary costs, laughing does not need sacrifice even does not need power. Laughing 20 seconds is the same with jogging 3 minutues, good for heart health. Vibration produced when laugh makes the heart beats faster. Jovial person is healthier than morose one. People who have a lot of laughs has better body immune system, making it more immune to infection. With a laugh your brain can release a happiness hormone that can have the effect of reducing the pain. Laughter can also reduce blood pressure, reduce hormone stress, improve the brain workings and increase the brain flexibility. 

          Are you a person who quite  hard to laugh? People who have heavy laden and their heart were filled with a sense of anxiety, certainly become people who are difficult to laugh. Laughter is the mood and brightness problems, are your mood brighter? Then you will simply laugh.

          You always have a heavy load and covered by anxiety? Look at your life lightly, laugh to yourself.  Celebrate your life, count blessings and pleasure you have gained. By looking at this life is light and counting blessings and enjoyment gained, your life would not be difficult to laugh. “Because Laugh Is Healthy”.

TRUE WEALTH

 Perhaps we all have heard the name of SOCRATES, he was a great philosopher of Greece which had a very simple lifestyle. He said that the wise man was never obsessed with wealth. To prove his very extreme claim, he did not want to wear shoes. If he went to the market, he only saw it while admiring the beautiful goods and everything. 

I merely admired and was happy even though he did not have a lot of what was there, he told his friends who asked him why he acted like that.

Truth to be underlined by Socrates was that happiness did not depend on wordly luxuries. This is diffrent from the world promotion that is vigorously advertise that if you want to be happy and confident or look prestigious, you should wear the famous product. In other words, without using products they offer,  human will not be happy, not proud and not modern, and so on.

Chase (ambitious) with property or assets is vulnerable to destruction and perdition. Because people are obssed with wealth, tend to justify any means, that,s where they will stumble and fall into temptation and a variety of passions.

          What is the truth thaat you want to chase? If you only chase for money, you,re the one is at the end of detruction.
