FAILURE

Failure is one thing that often accompany everyone’s life, wether it is in the study, career, business or married life.
What is exactly the failure?  Failure is a failure condition or process that always grabs and unsuccessfully action or plan implemented or caarried out, so that we can call it incompetent.
How do we recognize the failure?

If we fail to do something, it seems we need to go back to ourselves, ask ourselves. Back to self-correction. Learning from our mistakes. We must be aware, ourselves are the centre of our personal. More concretely recognize or know our potential. Broadly speaking, the self-potential for can be grouped into several parts that include : basic ability, such as the level of inteligence, abstract ability, logic and reasoning power.

Also work ethic, such as diligence, throughness, efficiency and resistance to stress. In addition to work ethic also personality, namely a comprehensive pattern of all abilities, actions, and habits of a person either physically, spiritually, emotionally and socially are laid out in a typical manner under various external influences.

RECOGNIZING SELF-POTENTIAL.
Recognizing failure is also recognizing our weakness and more importantly exploring the potential to be processed maximally. Because in each potency, there are opportunies and expertise that led one person is diffrent from another.
Then, what and how the human potential, we can know the opinions of Gardner. According to Howard Gardner, the most important potential is the intelligence, namely as folows :

a. Linguistic Intelligence, intelligence that uses word processing, either spoken or written, effectively. This inteligence, among others, is owned by the writers, editors and journalists.
b.Mathematical-logical Intelligence, more capabilities relating to the use of numbers in the sensitivity patterns of logic and computation.
c. Space intelligence, capabilities relating to sensitivity to recognize shapes and objects accurately as well as ability to capture the visual world quickly. This ability is usually owned by the architects, decorators and hunters.
d. Kinesthetic-flesh Intelligence, the ability to use gestures to express ideas and feelings. This ability is owned by actors, dancers, sculptors, athletes and surgeons.
e.Musical Intelligence, the ability to develop, express and enjoy other forms of music and sound. This ability is owned by songwriter and singer.
f. Interpersonal Intelligence, the ability of a person to understand and be sesitive to the feelings, motivations and character of another person’s temperament as that of motivator and facilitator.
g. Intrapersonal Intelligence, a person’s ability to recognize her own.
h. This ability is related to the abilioty to reflect (comtemplate) and baalance youself.
i. Natural Intelligence, the ability of a person to know nature, flora and fauna as well.
j. Existential Intelligence, a person’s ability involves sensitivity to answer the deepest problems of human existence, such as what is the meaning of life, why do humans have been created and why we live and eventually die.

FATAL MISTAKE NOT KNOWING SELF-POTENTIAL.
Many people are not aware of their potential, one thing that is very unfortunate. Do not know what advantages it has. If we ask ourselves or the people around us “What are the advantages of ourselves? Usually the answer is always, what is it, do not know, or confused. But when they are asked what their shortcomings, they can quickly answer, less intelligent, poor, ignorant, and so on. Failure to understand the potential and the benfits inherent in a person is often also wrapped up with the classic reason. Not to say arrogant by saying their potential and advantages. Arrogant in the associoation is not necessary, but it is imperative to know your own potential. Potential that we know is not to brag but to be developed. Self-potential that continues to grow and evolve will a be capitall of successfull life, you want to be successful?. Recognize and know the potential and advantages in you.
