LAUGHING IS HEALTHY


 At one point the doctor in the United States conducted a study that given a conclusion that lughing is healthy. Laughing can be a panacea, because through a lugh healthy humor emerged, the heart become cheerful, blood pressure can drop, the nerves can release tension, especially when coupled with inner strength. However, people are not always easy to laugh, but many people are also difficult to laugh.

          “A joyful heart is panacea, but a broken spirit drains bones. A broken spirit a spirit that has been extinguished, no more spirit for life, the face always moping and difficult to laugh.
Laughter is not expensive even unnecessary costs, laughing does not need sacrifice even does not need power. Laughing 20 seconds is the same with jogging 3 minutues, good for heart health. Vibration produced when laugh makes the heart beats faster. Jovial person is healthier than morose one. People who have a lot of laughs has better body immune system, making it more immune to infection. With a laugh your brain can release a happiness hormone that can have the effect of reducing the pain. Laughter can also reduce blood pressure, reduce hormone stress, improve the brain workings and increase the brain flexibility. 

          Are you a person who quite  hard to laugh? People who have heavy laden and their heart were filled with a sense of anxiety, certainly become people who are difficult to laugh. Laughter is the mood and brightness problems, are your mood brighter? Then you will simply laugh.

          You always have a heavy load and covered by anxiety? Look at your life lightly, laugh to yourself.  Celebrate your life, count blessings and pleasure you have gained. By looking at this life is light and counting blessings and enjoyment gained, your life would not be difficult to laugh. “Because Laugh Is Healthy”.
