THE SCARY WILL

          All parents in general have a dream and hope that the lives of children and their offspring is better than their own life. Various things can be done to realize the said dreams and hopes. Provide better and quality education. Guide and lead to beaten path, to achieve a better life and have meaning . Or achieve a nobler and meningful life rather than just living. 

          But is it a real life? Is that life is like a car and we are the driver? Fully under control and our control, we will depend on to carry around? Or is this life like a giant machine , where it’s just one of our screw? Have no power over our own lives. Sometime we do not have power on our lives.  And if we do not have control over this life, then who’s got the power? Does those who have the powe we call “fate”? That each person has a particular fate, as shown in the twist of his hand? That A will be short lived, because that it is the twist of his hand on his age. But B will always be lucky, because the width of his ears and the tip bent into.

          Is it true that our destiny is determined by distribution of the stars? Threfore, C who is Scorpio should not choose the D who is Virgo because it would not be fit? Or is human life really has no way, because no one directs it? That it all happened just coincidences  and our lives can be tossed around like a coconut husk in the middle of the ocean.

          One of the things that is often done by parents to reach the future of their children better is to give legacy. But we realize that the legacy does not always guarantee to make life better and more meaningful and precious. Sometimes legacy becomes a source of harm to chlidren bereaved by their parents. Many people do not control their lusts for power more than any other, getting more than others, which in turn lead to jealously and envy.     A father bequeathed treasures to their chlidren by writing a will which read : “O my sons, I bequeath all properties to be managed together and kept together and the result were enjoyed and used together to achieve a better life and living good and noble”. But if there is an agreement between you and understanding to manage and enjoy together the way I want, “Cast all of it to the orphanage who need it”. How touching and scary the sounds of that will felt by their children. They were overcome with fear. “Afraid to quarrel, afraid to confront, afraid to not agree, afraid to disagree, afraid mastering m ore, afraid to ask for more and many other fears”. Such fears prompted them to always agree, agree together  to discuss the problems that exist for the shake of togetherness on the legacy to more meaningful and more precious life.

          Truly one thing that control this life is “fear” and the most power over our lives is our Creator, our Lord who we should  “fear”because of HIS righteounsness  and glory.
